| Attaining the necessary
funds for the Institutional strengthening of Chipinque
Ecologic Park, through the development of projects
that focus mainly on preservation of natural resources,
recreation and research.
Projects Subject to Sponsorship:

LAND
MANAGEMENT
Objetives:
- Reducing the loss of land caused by natural
phenomenon and intensive visitor traffic.
- Preservation and development of the vegetal
layer in order to prevent falling in a process
called desertification.
- Preventing formation of any avalanche
that would endanger the Park and the urban
areas downhill.
- Gathering rain water through water runoffs
with the purpose to contribute in feeding
the water-bearing mantles that supply a
percentage of drinking water to the urban
zone.
Benefits:
- Reducing the loss of land and preventing
damage to the facilities (roads, buildings,
and infrastructure).
- Preventing damage due to mudslides to
the neighboring communities, trying to help
in solving a natural problem.
- These actions reduce the annual expenses
that exist in the raining season, due to
mudslides that may be prevented with this
project.
- It will allow the Administration of the
Park to provide safety to the visitors.

WASTE
WATER TREATMENT PLANTS
Objetives:
- To install urgently two waste water treatment
plants that allow us to prevent contamination
of the water-bearing mantles as well as
the river bed with dirty water toward the
neighboring communities.
Benefits:
- Preventing contamination of the water-bearing
mantles , that exist at Chipinque Ecologic
Park, which supply water to a percentage
of the city.
- Preventing dripping of dirty water to
neighboring zones, eliminating contamination.
- There would be appropriate infrastructure
and proportional to the number of users.

MANAGEMENT
OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND RESEARCH
Objetives:
- Developing a sustainable management plan
for natural resources
Benefits:
- Defining the load capacity of Chipinque
Ecologic Park.
- Knowledge of the habitat with sensitive
characteristics that require management.
- Achieving a model that may be useful in
other similar external areas
- Carbon capturing project, that will generate
earnings for the Park (green bonus), as
it has been suggested by the UN at a World
level, in the Kyoto Agreement in 1993. If
the certification can be achieved in Mexico.

COMMUNICATION
AND IMAGE
Objetives:
- Considering that Chipinque Ecologic Park
is permanently in the sight of the community,
it is necessary to always have a positive
image using the appropriate communication
strategies and in a timely manner.
Benefits:
- Communicating to the public all the activities
and preservation, research, environmental
education, sports and recreation activities
that the Park carries out for the benefit
of the community.
- Informing the population in general about
the ecologic benefits that the Park provides.
- Promoting a new culture of ecologic life,
generating ownership pride and commitment
between the community and the Park.

SAFETY
IN THE PARK
Objetives:
- Having the activity and assets in the
Park protected against contingencies through
an insurance.

TRANSPORTATION
Objetive:
- To have more Park vehicles in four years
at the most, that may provide transportation
service to Park visitors and users, covering
the route from different areas in the city.

EQUIPMENT
Objetive:
- Providing Chipinque Ecologic Park with
the necessary equipment and tools for its
optimum operation and service.

CONTINGENCY PLAN
Objetive:
- Carrying out timely and expedite actions
to prevent and control any threat that affects
people, facilities, equipment and natural
resources in the Park.
Benefits:
- Having a patrimonial fund available at
any moment, enables the Park to carry out
the necessary actions, immediately, during
contingencies.
- It is not necessary to wait for donations
to take immediate action.
- Having the patrimonial fund, whenever
there is a contingency, the funds allocated
for the annual functioning and operations
of the Park will not be taken, affecting
the healthy economy of the Park.

SETTING
UP THE “CANOAS SPOT”
Objetive:
- Having the appropriate visitor service
facilities; using the available areas in
the “Canoas Spot” since it is
the converging point for trails and pathways.
Benefits:
- The current visitor service area improves,
providing more appropriate facilities.
- The users’ demand is satisfied
- Inexistent services will be provided such
as cafeteria, and exercising facilities

CYCLING
AT EL PINAL
Objetives:
- Releasing the friction between pedestrians,
automobile drivers and cyclists who go through
the trails, pathways and roads.
- Reducing the risk of accidents.
- Providing attractive services for our
users that may generate earnings for the
Park.
Benefits:
- Reducing the risk for accidents.
- Reducing the erosion in trails and pathways
- Increasing services and their quality
- Increase in visitors and sportsmen, providing
a benefit for the Park’s economy.
- Having a cycling track exclusively for
this sport creates an image and National
and International demand.
- Taking advantage of some other areas in
the Park in a sustainable manner.

ENVIRONMENTAL
EDUCATION GARDEN
Objetives:
- Providing the community a space where
they can enjoy a Botanic Garden, prepared
exclusively to attract the butterflies living
in our region.
- To show through experience the needs,
biologic cycle, and direct and indirect
benefits that these insects provide to our
habitat.
- Achieving a change in attitude toward
valuing nature.
Benefits:
- This garden will attract regional butterfly
species
- Participating with environmental education
programs for the community
- Co-participating in international natural
resources research and preservation programs.

TELEFERIC
Objetive:
- To exploit the tourist attraction at Chipinque
Ecologic Park while providing the teleferic
service.
- Increasing, by means of this attraction,
the number of visitors all year.
- Making Chipinque a tourist site that must
be visited.
- Having the visitors take advantage and
closely learn and appreciate the marvelous
landscapes that the Park offers.
Benefits:
- Increasing the number of visitors even
in the low season.
- Having an international attraction, that
allows exploiting the factor with the highest
value in the part which is the natural resource
and landscapes.
- Reducing the use of vehicles inside the
Park
- Diversifying the services, activities
and attractions offered to the public.

GROWTH
Objetivo:
- Continuous improvement of 1,625 hectares
for natural resources preservation, using
state-of-the-art technology generated at
a world level, for permanent updating of
our management plan.
- Expanding the programs on environmental
education, sports, recreation and research,
maintaining the Park in the same level as
the best in the world and providing excellent
services to the community.

CONVENTION CENTER
Objetivo:
- Providing another space alternative, to
be used by companies, executives and institutions,
where they can be surrounded of a relaxing
atmosphere, to carry out their activities.
- To have event rooms equipped for an efficient
work for those who requested.
- Diversifying the earning sources of the
Park.

It will be possible to carry out
these projects thanks to the participation of the
community altogether, through their sponsorship.
RECIPROCITY FROM CHIPINQUE ECOLOGIC PARK
TO THE SPONSORS:
1. Providing a tax-deductible receipt for the
donation
2. Donor appreciation and public recognition in media,
labeled areas in the Park, subject to their approval
3. General donor appreciation and recognition, by
means of diplomas or other tokens with the emblem
of our association
4. Maintaining the donor informed in regards to the
project sponsored.
