Please check official channels before your visit</li><li>Ascent is permitted only to the previously authorized summit</li><li>Participants must arrive on time on the scheduled date and time</li><li>Ascents outside scheduled times are not allowed under any circumstances</li><li>Solo ascents are not permitted</li><li>For 2-person permits, if one person does not show up, the ascent will be canceled without refund</li><li>Helmet and proper footwear (hiking boots) are mandatory</li><li>If the permit holder does not attend, the entire group’s ascent will be canceled without refund</li><li>Children under 12 are not allowed</li><li>Minors aged 12–17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian</li><li>Camping on summits is strictly prohibited</li><li>All ascents are undertaken at your own risk. Chipinque is not responsible for accidents</li><li>Pets are not allowed</li><li>Stay on designated trails at all times</li><li>Fire-related activities (smoking, including e-cigarettes, campfires, etc.) are strictly prohibited</li><li>Only cold food is allowed</li><li>Littering is strictly prohibited; all waste must be carried out</li><li>Climbing off-trail is prohibited to prevent rockfall hazards</li><li>Removal of flora, fauna, rocks, or soil is prohibited</li><li>Notify any group changes or cancellations at least 24 hours in advance</li></ul><h3> Recommendations</h3><ul><li>Stay home if you experience symptoms such as cough, fever, or sore throat</li><li>Bring sufficient water (recommended: at least 1.5 liters)</li><li>Bring snacks such as fruit, nuts, or energy bars</li><li>Check the weather forecast before your visit</li><li>Wear appropriate clothing and gear for mountain conditions</li><li>Park only in designated areas</li></ul><h3> Penalties</h3>Any person who violates Chipinque regulations may be subject to a fine of $1,500 MXN and/or referred to the appropriate authorities, depending on the offense. Repeat violations may result in an indefinite ban from the park.
